Hemp is typically planted in the spring, once the soil temperature reaches around 50°F (10°C). This is usually around late April to early June, depending on the specific climate and location. Planting hemp too early can result in poor germination and growth, while planting too late can lead to reduced yields. It is important to time the planting of hemp correctly to ensure optimal growth and harvest. **

Lilies are typically planted in the spring or fall, depending on the variety. Spring-planted lilies will bloom in the summer, while fall-planted lilies will bloom the following spring or summer. It is best to plant lilies when the soil is cool and workable, but not frozen. **

Irises are typically planted in late summer or early fall, around August to October, depending on the specific variety and location. This timing allows the irises to establish their roots before the winter months and ensures they will bloom in the spring or early summer. **

Thuja trees are typically planted in a hole that is dug to the same depth as the root ball and two to three times wider. The soil should be loosened around the hole to allow for proper root growth. After placing the tree in the hole, backfill with soil and water thoroughly. Mulch can be added around the base of the tree to help retain moisture and suppress weeds. **

Plants are typically planted by first preparing the soil by tilling and adding any necessary amendments such as compost or fertilizer. Then, a hole is dug in the soil that is large enough to accommodate the plant's roots. The plant is carefully removed from its container and placed in the hole, making sure the roots are spread out and not crowded. The hole is then filled in with soil and the plant is watered thoroughly to help it establish in its new environment. **

Saffron is planted by first preparing the soil to be well-drained and rich in organic matter. The saffron corms (bulbs) are then planted in the soil in late summer or early autumn, typically in rows or clusters. The corms should be planted about 3-5 inches deep and spaced 4-6 inches apart. Once planted, the saffron requires little maintenance and will begin to sprout in the following weeks. **
