Broken promises are commitments or assurances made by one party to another that are not fulfilled or honored as originally stated. This can lead to disappointment, mistrust, and damaged relationships between the parties involved. Broken promises can occur in various aspects of life, such as personal relationships, business dealings, or political agreements, and can have negative consequences on the individuals or groups affected. It is important to be mindful of the promises we make and strive to uphold them to maintain trust and integrity in our interactions with others. **

Empty promises are commitments made by someone with no intention of following through. They are often used to manipulate or deceive others into thinking that action will be taken when, in reality, there is no intention of fulfilling the promise. Empty promises can lead to disappointment, broken trust, and damaged relationships when the person making the promise fails to deliver on their word. **

If that doesn't work, you can try using console commands to advance the quest to the next stage. Another option is to use mods or unofficial patches that are designed to fix bugs in the game. If all else fails, you may need to contact the game developers for further assistance. **

Empty promises often occur when someone makes a commitment without the intention or ability to follow through. This can happen due to a lack of sincerity, a desire to manipulate or deceive others, or simply because the person is unable to fulfill their promise. In some cases, empty promises may be made impulsively or without proper consideration of the consequences. Ultimately, empty promises can erode trust and damage relationships. **

One can keep promises by being mindful of the commitments they make and only making promises that they are confident they can fulfill. It's important to communicate openly and honestly with the person to whom the promise is made, and to set realistic expectations. Additionally, it's crucial to prioritize the promise and take proactive steps to fulfill it, even if it requires extra effort or sacrifice. Finally, it's important to take responsibility for any obstacles that may arise and communicate any changes in plans as soon as possible. **
